A: Not all products are formulated for cats. Dogs and cats have a different pH level. Therefore, the products specifically formulated for dogs shouldn’t be used on cats. We have specific products coming soon that will be formulated for your feline companions!
Q: Are these products cruelty-free?
A: Since these products are intended for animals, we do make sure that our furry friends like the products before putting them on the market! Our products are enriched with witch hazel, chamomile, aloe vera, and vitamin E. We only use high-quality ingredients. Because we take pride in making sure our products are safe for all pets!
Q: Are the products tear free?
A: Products that claim to be tear free must be tested on humans due to needing a verbal response that a dog or cat simply can’t give to you. While we haven’t put these products in our eyes, we do know that the pH falls around 7, which is a neutral pH that will help with keeping tears away. But, with that being said we suggest avoiding your pets’ eyes to avoid any possible irritation!

Q: Can these products be used on young puppies?
A: Puppies shouldn’t be bathed until they are at least six to eight weeks old! Our products are a gentle formula and are hypoallergenic. Hypoallergenic products are formulated to produce fewer allergic reactions. Meaning they are gentle on the skin and are safe to use on puppies! With that being said, we can’t predict allergies so consult with your vet if you notice any changes in your puppy’s skin.
Q: What is the dilution ratio?
A: Our waterless shampoos are ready to use and do not call for any dilution! When bathing your pup with one of our regular shampoos wet your dog down and work the shampoo into their coat. Start with a small amount of shampoo and add more as necessary until it suds up!
Q: Do you need conditioner with this product?
A: This depends on your pet’s coat! For short haired dogs or ingredients, we use in the products will be enough to cleanse and condition. But, if your dog has long hair, you may want to try our detangler to avoid mats and tangled hair. Our shampoos include witch hazel and aloe vera which are both conditioning agents! Use your best judgment to determine whether you need a conditioner after shampooing your pet.

A: No, but we only use the best of the best when it comes to our ingredients! Our ingredients are naturally derived and offer the same benefits as an “organic” product without the extra cost!

A: With few exceptions, the majority of our products are made in the USA at our facility in South Carolina!
Q: Are the wipes compostable?
A: Yes, they are. Our manufacturer uses natural ingredients which allows the wipes to be biodegradable.
Q: Do the wipes sanitize my pets?
A: No, they don’t. However, they are formulated with actual deodorizers to break down & destroy odors while moisturizing and rebalancing microflora on the skin.
Q: Are the products vegan?
A: We love all animals! With the except of our dog balm (which has beeswax and honey) the rest of our products are 100% vegan!
Q: Will the waterless shampoo leave a film?
A: When using the waterless shampoo, it is best to brush your dog before you towel dry in order to avoid any film or tackiness.
Q: What is the proper use of these products?
A: Each product is unique. All our products have their specific instructions on the back. When using our regular shampoo be sure to rinse your dog until the water runs clear. We also recommend brushing your dog before towel drying when using the waterless shampoo!
Q: Is lavender safe for my cat?
A: The current products that have lavender in them were formulated for dogs. We have cat products coming soon that will be lavender free!
